Over the past few years, China and Canada have been actively involved in bilateral technological and economic exchanges. Premier Li Keqiang’s official visit to Canada in September 2016 kicked off the “golden decade” for the bilateral relationship between our two countries. To carry the collaboration between the two countries in research and innovation to a new height, the Pujiang Innovation Forum 2017-Canada Forum under the theme “Forging an Eco-chain for Clean Technology Transfer" will be held on 16 May in Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Representatives from government department, investing and financing industry, universities and R&D institution, clean tech industry, High Tech Park and incubator, the science and technology intermediary service institutions and media will attend the events.

The Pujiang Innovation Forum 2017-Canada Forum, under the theme “Forging an Eco-chain for Clean Technology Transfer" in concurrence with the China-Canada (Ontario) Research and Innovation Cooperation Forum, includes several important events such as Releasing Ceremony and Interpretation of China Cleantech White Paper, The Clean Tech Forum, Information Exchange Meeting between Chinese and Canadian Innovation Companies (B2B) and China-Canada Energy Storage Technologies Roundtable Seminar.

The aim of these events is to facilitate the exchange of innovative ideas and industrial cooperation between the two countries in the field of clean technology, as well as to promote bilateral technology transfer and the development of relevant service institutions.
